Ingredients:
- 4 tostada shells
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the corn until kernels are slightly charred, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, half of the cotija cheese, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
