Ingredients:

- 1 lb ground chicken

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 egg

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- Cooked pasta of your choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

5. Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

6. Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet, stirring gently to coat them in the Alfredo sauce. Let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

7. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the meatballs and sauce.

8. Serve the chicken meatballs and Alfredo sauce over cooked pasta of your choice.

9. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
