Here's a delicious recipe for deviled eggs with avocado:


Ingredients:

- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved

- 1 ripe avocado

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Paprika for garnish

- Optional: chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish




Instructions:

1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl.

2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the mixing bowl with the egg yolks.

3. Mash the egg yolks and avocado together until smooth.

4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
