Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
