Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each), skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- 4. Pour the olive oil and spice mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
- 5. If desired, place a few lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet for extra flavor.
- 6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- 8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
