Ingredients:

  • 4 squid steaks (cleaned and scored)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
