- 4 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each halibut fillet, pressing it gently to adhere.
5. Bake the halibut in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
6. Once done, remove the halibut from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
