Ingredients:

  • 1 block of halloumi cheese, sliced
  • Mixed salad greens (such as arugula, spinach, or mixed greens)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs like mint or basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. 2. While the grill is heating, prepare your salad ingredients by washing and chopping the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Place them in a large bowl along with the olives.
