Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat pizza dough
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Tomato sauce (low-sodium)
  • Mozzarella cheese (part-skim, shredded)
  • Your choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, cherry tomatoes)
  • Grilled chicken breast (sliced)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper (for seasoning)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  3. 3. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. 4. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

  6. 6. Arrange your choice of vegetables and grilled chicken slices on top of the cheese.
