  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Nori sheets (seaweed), cut into small squares for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2. Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce (if using) to the tuna. Mix well to combine.

  3. 3. Peel and dice the avocado. Dice the cucumber as well.

  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix the diced avocado and cucumber.

  5. 5. To assemble the tuna stack, start by placing a ring mold or cookie cutter on a plate.

  6. 6. Spoon a layer of cooked sushi rice into the mold, pressing it down gently to create an even layer.
  1. 7. Next, add a layer of the tuna mixture on top of the rice, pressing it down gently.

  2. 8. Follow with a layer of the avocado and cucumber mixture.

  3. 9. Carefully lift the mold off the plate, leaving the layered stack intact.

  4. 10. Garnish the top with sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.

  5. 11. Optionally, you can wrap a small strip of nori around the tuna stack for an authentic sushi presentation.

  6. 12. Repeat the process to make additional tuna stacks if desired.

  7. 13. Serve immediately and enjoy your tasty tuna stack.
