This air fryer crispy chicken recipe is healthy, easy and quick to prepare. Rich in protein. You can add some vegetables as per your choice or serve them with rice.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- 4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
- 5. Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- 6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- 7. Serve the air fryer chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
