Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions:
